After a successful career and raising a blended family of four, I found myself navigating a season of unexpected health challenges. That time in my life taught me to pause, realign, and lean into simple, sustainable systems for living well—starting with small, intentional shifts.

As a certified mindbodygreen Health Coach, Functional Nutrition Expert, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and Full Focus productivity expert, I combine practical tools with compassionate, empathic support to help you move forward in a way that’s meaningful and manageable.
